New Knife Model

It's been a while since my last post. Since the last post I have been attending the monthly Oregon Arms Collector shows http://oregonarmscollectors.com/ held near the Portland airport and attended the 26th annual Castle Rock Cartridge Collectors show. My wife didn't believe there was such a thing as a cartridge collectors show! Tell that to the guys spending $500+ on a box of UMC Sharps cartridges. I am, however, not one of those guys and my only purchase at the show was a copy of Cartridge Reloading Tools of the Past from Tom Chamberlain's table.

Most importantly, I have been designing a few new knifes. One of which is pictured below. This knife is a replacement for my original bird and trout/caping knife. It features a blade with less drop than the original. Overall length of the knife is 7 3/8". The blade is high carbon O1 tool steel, 3 3/8" long. Blade depth is 3/4". The handle is Desert Ironwood with red liners and mosaic pins. Included with the knife is a hand stitched 8/9 oz leather sheath.

THIS KNIFE IS SOLD.
